Off to High Wycombe

Left for High Wycombe at lunch time. The Canadian Detachment is located at Daws Hill in High Wycombe. It is a 5 hour drive from here and we had to be there for Friday morning to complete our 'In Clearance'.

Saw even more sights on the journey. We arrived around 5pm. Headed out for supper to a pub called Wetherspoon's. Good cheap, pub food and of course plenty of beer! The interesting thing about pubs here is that you sit at your table, view the menu, then go to the bar to order, give them your table number and pay up front. When your food is ready, they bring it to your table. No waiting for the check - as we've noticed that seems to be a lengthy process in restaurants - as Chris & Judy will attest to.
