Had my interview today for the Admin Assistant position at Reflex Marine. It's hard to even call it an interview really it was so easy and relaxed. It was with one lady and she was very down to earth and relaxed. She basically talked about the company and how the office works and only asked me one question...tell me about yourself. The position is very entry level and has the usual basic admin duties, but it would also involve all kinds of projects from different departments. Well, it's funny to say departments because the company is very small....only 14 people! And only 6 or 7 of them work in this office, the others are in other countries. I won't go into great detail, unless I'm lucky enough to get the position, but the company sounds great to work for even if the position may not be spectacular. I'll know tomorrow if I was successful. I do worry that I may not be. Maybe because that's my luck lately, but I fear I might be overqualified for the position and she won't want to hire me for that reason. Her main objective is to hire someone who fits with the team, so hopefully I have the matching personality. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but am prepared for the worst.
